An all levels strength and conditioning class that is constantly varied with a different focus every day. Proper technique and form is emphasized and intensity is relative to each individual’s ability.
45 minute classes that incorporate traditional power lifts followed by a high-intensity interval workout.
30 minute class aimed to get you sweaty! We’ll perform bodyweight movements with light to moderate lifting. This class is aimed towards beginners or people who are just looking to get a quick workout.
BURN is designed to take you out of your comfort zone and get real results! This 30-minute workout will improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn, using a variety of bodyweight exercises and intensity!
Focus on building your aerobic capacity with running! We will learn the proper warm-up, dynamic drills, and biomechanics to avoid injury. This class is for all levels. Even if you just want to start with walking, we can help you advance from there. The plan is to use the surrounding areas of the campus, so please bring a hat or sunscreen if you’re sensitive to the sun.
A perfect complement to any fitness regime because it helps to improve form and range of motion while exploring a deeper mind and body connection!
